This applies to digital and post orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eisteddfod Season 2025 has priority with our production team and late concert orders will be processed as soon as possible around coverage schedules and deadlines for current events.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">REFUND or EXCHANGE:<br>\nRefunds or Exchanges are attainable if images or videos are faulty. No Refunds or Exchanges will be given for incorrect selections so please check your cart before submitting.<br>\nIf you receive a download link and you thought you ordered prints &#8211; DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE ORDER. Downloaded Orders cannot be exchanged or returned however orders not downloaded can be cancelled and reissued.<br>\nIf the download link lands in your spam folder and it expires before you locate the email, please contact us to reissue the download.
