A reply can come through anytime between 2-7 days depending on the nature of your enquiry. For example: If you are requesting access to a gallery that is not available on our servers yet we will be in touch when it is. If you find you do not hear from us in this time, please resend your message as a friendly reminder.
If you need information in regards to an order delivery, please check your order confirmation email for details before contacting us. If your order has not arrived in the time frames provided please check your spam for a download link and let us know if you cannot locate it. We will need your order details as well as the payment records to follow up.
We look forward to attending to your enquiry as soon as humanly possible… Remember, we spend long hours on cameras in theatres with limited breaks capturing superstars in flight and will be answering as many messages as possible around event hours. We do not support phone contact due to the nature of our business operations… no-one wants to be that guy in a theatre!
