BWP Studios began its journey in 1996 when director Belinda Wright graduated from Griffith University’s Qld College of Art. Operating from our studio in Southport, the dream of working behind the camera began.
Having grown up amongst the dance industry it was a natural fit to work within the arts sector capturing eisteddfods, concerts, showreels and portfolios. 30yrs later, BWP Studios consists of a team of photographers, videographers, sales and administrative professionals providing services on an international and national level.
Belinda’s creative works have received Silver recognition at the AIPP Australian and State awards as well as Silver and Bronze from the International Loupe Awards, Honourable mention at Moscow Foto Awards and was amongst 62 Australian Photographers to exhibit at Maud’s Street Gallery for Foto Aid in Feb 2020.
Initiating the project label “Belee Dance Art” in 2010, an on-going creative works focusing on themed and storytelling pieces in support of Artists through visual concept design along with “Arts Talk Tv” in 2020 supporting the arts as a Co-Producer, DOP, Sound Recordist, Lighting designer, Series editor, Film Colourist, Motion Graphics, Web Designer and Venue Scout!
